REFUNDS

We would like to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any of our jackets. However, if your damaged jacket is no longer available or out of stock, we will provide you with an exchange for the same jacket. They have to be eligible under the terms of service.

Once we have received and inspected your damaged jacket, we will notify you if the exchange has been approved. If approved, we will automatically send you a replacement of the same jacket on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will have to ship the damaged jacket back to us.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your exchange, please contact us at info@104fevr.com.
