RETURN POLICY
We would like to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any of our jackets. However, we offer exchanges for damaged jackets. It is important to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the jacket is defective or damaged. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right by exchanging the damaged jacket.
EXCHANGE POLICY Exchanges are only made if the jacket is damaged, and there is no exchange for any other reason including size or color. We cannot offer exchanges on any jacket that is not damaged.
15-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our 15-day return policy allows you to request an exchange for a damaged jacket within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your jacket must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. This option is only available to jackets that have been shipped (alumni).
EXCHANGES
To start an exchange, please contact us at info@104fevr.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the damaged jacket. Please note that jackets sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please also note that exchanges will only be made for damaged jackets and not for any other reason, including size or color. We cannot accept exchanges on sale jackets or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your jacket upon receipt and contact us immediately if the jacket is defective or damaged. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right
